Ballet, Warsaw, farewell party and seven league boot

So Japan is closer and closer.

Almost everything is ready

and I am getting nervous as..  :)

The only medicine 

that was working for it is ballet so

at home

and classes

(selfie before class in changing room);

I really took lots of classes this summer.

Preparations lasted so long.

Making me even more nervous.

I even had to go to Warsaw twice

for my visa.

But in fact I used it as a good starting point

for some sightseeing and meeting friends.

1. Chopin's museum

This museum is amazing.

You can really feel Chopin.

Simply set sail in his world-

world full of music.

I especially enjoyed sailing

on the nocturne's place :3

And dinner with my friend from Warsaw

Second time:

Royal Łazienki museum

with lots of squirrels

In theater

Then we went to gorgeous Wedel cafe

And big bouquet of lilies

was there!

My latest activity are also farewell parties

with my friends in Aida

Bye bye Cracow

with my fav marizpan-nougat Mozart Torte

and hot chocolate

Btw my hair is dark brown again

And with my Phd team

I am really satisfied with this mature elegant look

So my plans for Japan?

Study hard.

Collect lots of academic materials.

Do not get too nostalgic.

Stretch regularly (and tendu, plie, releve xD).

Do not get lost

(well... this is impossible xD).

Believe that a dream coming true can be 

more beautiful than a dream itself

(this is what I am mostly afraid of..)

I will probably do not use blog 

for this time (or rarely),

but see you on fbk and instagram :)

With such things

nothing but cooking!

Lately I mostly concentrate

on eating lots of vegetables 

like broad beans, zucchini, sprouts, spinach...

(well spinach- always -I am addicted to it)

Of course cakes

are an obvious thing.

But not that fat and caloric.

The adaption was not able to catch 

fairytale atmosphere,

but I still had fun.

"Only" because the story about a prince

he fell in love with

has the much bigger potential!

This one was for the exhibition about Czech symbolism.

I was really excited for this exhibition.

It just made me think about the one I saw in Vienna

about Austrian symbolism.

Oh this was exactly where I met the painting

that attacked me so strongly I simply could not move.

I was almost terrified.

Still I can not look at this paining

(I mean postcard..)

for too long, because I finish completely out of tune.

about Czech symbolism...

I have not encountered Vienna deja vu, but

I dipped inside the fairytale world with Aquariuses,

wizards...but also death and dark figures.

Cooking, cooking, cooking :3

As you already know I got crazy 

with cooking lately :3

To not spam with food all the time:

all in one post :D

Quiche

with spinach

with broccoli

Muffins

they were made for my friends

Sponge cake 

for my Grandma

Now a few dinners

Chocolate pancakes with

mascarpone and rose marmalade

and strawberries <3

Spinach gnocchi with

soya goulash

Aubergine with couscous and mozarella

Macaroni casserole

with spinach (yes, I am addicted to spinach)

and blue cheese

And something for breakfast:

strawberry french toast

with nutella

(I didn't have toast bread

so they didn't turn out that good-looking,

but yummy :3 )

For the end:

tart with mascarpone and strawberries.

This one was made for the 'party hard'

with my best friend

(matching coffee liqueur made by her mom),

but it was probably my biggest cooking failure

so far...

The creme was not chilled enough,

because I did it on the last moment..

I used different recipe for the tart dough

and well...

Anyway it at last looks pretty nice :3
